Andrew and his team at 513 Movers were amazing! After a bad moving experience, my client was cautious about securing another moving company but Andrew was extremely professional. He was wonderfully communicative so we knew what to expect and when.

While moving possessions out of a storage locker, he found additional damage from previous movers and took photos for us. He went above and beyond by coming back the next day (free of charge) to help move furniture into various positions so that my client could walk through her new home more easily.

He even purchased a small gift and bottle of wine for my client knowing that the discoveries of damages to her items from previous movers was extremely upsetting.

And on top of it all, he gave us professional insight and advice on how to navigate filing claims with the previous moving company that damaged my client's belongings.
